摘要
目的探讨ki67、CyclinD1和E-cad在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测ki67、CyclinD1和E-cad在35例皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织的表达,并以10例正常皮肤组织作为对照。结果 ki67、CyclinD1在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中表达显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且与肿瘤分级相关(P<0.05);E-cad在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中表达明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),与肿瘤分级相关(P<0.05);ki67与CyclinD1在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.551,P<0.05);ki67与E-cad在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中表达不相关(P>0.05);CyclinD1与E-cad在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中表达不相关(P>0.05)。结论 ki67和CyclinD1在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中阳性表达上调;ki67、CyclinD1和E-cad均与肿瘤分级相关,可以作为判断皮肤肿瘤恶性程度的指标。
Objective To explore the function of Ki67, CyclinD1 and E-cad in the squamous cell carcinoma( SCC ). Methods The expression of Ki67,CyelinD1 and E-cad in 35 cases of SCC and 10 cases of normal skin tissues were detected by immunohistoehemistry SP technique. Results The expression rates of Ki67 and CyclinD1 in SCC were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and related tothe histological grades of SCC ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression rates of E-cad in SCC were lower than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and re- lated to the histological grades of SCC (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of Ki67 and Cycl^nD1 was positively correlated in SCC ( r = 0. 551, P 〈 0.05) ;The expression of E-cad had no relation with Ki67 and CyclinD1 (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The positive rate of Ki67 and Cy- clinD1 was up-regulated in SCC. Ki67, CyclinD1 and E-cad were related to the histological grades of SCC ,which can be used as indicators of the skin tumors.
