摘要
目的了解台湾地区高校护理本科课程体系,为大陆高等护理教育持续改进提供参考。方法采用内容分析法、文献研究法对台湾地区9所高校全日制护理本科课程体系进行分析。结果台湾地区高校护理本科课程体系结构分为公共通识课程、专业必修课和选修课程三类;公共通识课程丰富,医学基础课程精简,护理专业课程理论与实践结合紧密,选修课程呈现多样化。结论台湾地区高校护理本科课程体系设置较为符合社会及临床需求,值得借鉴。
Objective To understand curricula for undergraduate nursing education program in Taiwan and provide evidence for re- form of nursing education in China's Mainland. Methods Content analysis and literature review were used to study curricula for full- time undergraduate nursing education program in 9 medical schools in Taiwan. Results The curricula were categorized into three parts ： a variety of common general courses ; professional required courses, in which basic medical courses are simplified and profes- sional nursing courses are designed with a successful combination of theory and practice; and plentiful elective courses. Conclusion The design of undergraduate nursing curricula in Taiwan is more prone to meet the needs of the society and clinical practice.
