摘要
目的：探讨卒中相关性肺炎的危险因素。方法选取2011年5月～2013年5月孝感市中心医院收治脑卒中患者864例，对其中96例卒中相关性肺炎（Stroke-Associated Pneumonia,SAP）患者进行回顾性分析。结果年龄大于65岁、吸烟史、糖尿病史、吞咽障碍、意识障碍等是SAP的危险因素。结论 SAP是脑卒中的重要并发症，与多种因素有关。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of stroke-associated pneumonia. Methods The clinical data were collected of 864 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients in Xiaogan Central Hospital. We carried out a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 96 cases of stroke-associated pneumonia. Results The risk factors of stroke-associated pneumonia were：age above 65 years old, smoking history,diabetes mellitus,dysphagia,disorder of consciousness,etc. Conclusion Stroke-associated pneumonia is the important complications of cerebral apoplexy,it is related to several factors.
