摘要
[目的]观察温针灸联合牵引及红外线照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组75例①牵引:腰椎自动牵引床牵引,30min/d;②红外线照射:牵引完毕后进行,根据患者皮肤感觉调整距离,30min/d。治疗组75例温针灸:腰部夹脊穴、腰阳关、肾俞、阿是穴,症状循太阳经者配委中、承山、秩边、昆仑,症状循少阳经者配阳陵泉、环跳、风市、足临泣;以2寸或1.5寸毫针常规消毒后针刺,行提插泻法,得气后留针,以约2cm艾条套于针柄,点燃后根据皮温及患者感受调整距离,2cm艾条燃烧所需时间记为1壮,连续行3壮后起针,每壮之间行针1次;牵引及红外线照射治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腰痛评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈17例,显效31例,有效24例,无效3例,总有效率96.00%。对照组临床痊愈12例,显效26例,有效21例,无效16例,总有效率78.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。腰痛评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]温针灸联合牵引及红外线照射在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中效果显著,值得推广。

Clinical symptoms, back pain score, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. ~ Results ] 17 cases were cured, 31 cases markedly effective irl 24 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 96.00%. Cured 12 cases in the control group, 26 cases markedly effective in 21 cases, 16 cases, the total efficiency of 78.67%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.01） . Low back pain score two groups have improved （P〈 0.01）, the treatment group improved better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. [ Conclusion ] Warm acupuncture combined traction and infrared radiation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
