摘要
腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病、多发病,其发病与年龄、职业等多种因素有关,严重影响患者的工作和生活。中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有独特优势,其中针刺疗法应用较为广泛,包括毫针、电针、温针灸、穴位埋线、刺络放血、小针刀等多种形式,均在毫针刺法基础上发展而来,常几种针刺法结合使用,或针刺法联合药物、理疗等,治疗效果显著,未来应深入探索针刺治疗的作用机理,以期更广泛的应用于临床,减轻患者病痛。
Lumbar disc herniation is a common and frequently-occurring clinical disease.Its incidence is related to age,occupation and other factors,which seriously affects the work and life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Acupuncture therapy is widely used,among them,acupuncture therapy is widely used,including filiform needles,electroacupuncture,warm needle moxibustion,acupoint embedding,bloodletting,small needle knives and so on.They are all developed on the basis of filiform needles.Several acupuncture methods are often used in combination,or acupuncture combined with drugs and physical therapy.The therapeutic effect is remarkable.In the future,the mechanism of acupuncture treatment should be explored in order to be more widely used in clinic and alleviate patients'pain.
