摘要
目的:比较三维牵引、平面牵引治疗腰间盘突出症的疗效和优缺点。方法:三维慢牵引与温针灸治疗腰突症73例和平面牵引与温针灸治疗腰突症73例疗效比较。结果:三维牵引治疗组疗效(总有效率)优于平面牵引对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以三维牵引为主综合治疗较传统治疗腰突症是目前较理想的非手术治疗方法,具有安全有效、成本低廉、容易量化等特点。
Objective：To compare the efficacy and advantages in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by three-dimension drawing,and plane traction. Methods：146 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Each group had 73 patients. The experimental groups were treated by three-dimensional slow traction and warm acupuncture treatment and the control groups were treated by plane traction with warm acupuncture treatment. Results：The three-dimensional traction treatment group curative effect the total effective rate is better than that of plane traction control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：The comprehensive treatment for the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by three-dimension traction could be one of prior treatment relatively with non-surgical treatment. It has quick curative effect,no trauma,easy to quantify,etc..
