摘要
为了有效降低煤矿工人人因失误所引发的安全事故,本文基于心理压力对煤矿工人人因失误的重要影响,采用问卷调查法获取数据,并运用结构方程方法构建了心理压力视角下的煤矿工人人因失误致因机理模型。结果表明:心理压力对人因失误有显著的正向影响,影响效应值为0.8358,影响路径分别为心理压力-心理机能-生理机能-人因失误和心理压力-生理机能-人因失误。
In order to effectively reduce the security accidents caused by human errors,based on the main effects of psychological pressure on human errors of coal miners,the paper obtains data by the method of questionnaire,and constructs the human error mechanism model from the perspective of psychological pressure with the structural equation method.The results show that the psychological pressure has a significant positive effect on human error,and the effect value is 0.8358,and the impact paths are：psychological stresspsychological functionphysiological functionhuman error and psychological stressphysiological functionhuman error.
