摘要
煤矿安全是一种系统工程,它包括的因素很多、环节也不少、动态也不那么简单。据统计,我国工伤事故出现频率最高的就是煤炭工业,煤炭工业中低于20%的事故与违章作业、违章指挥无关,基本上都是这一原因造成的。其中,导致煤矿事故的决定性因素是人的不安全行为,而造成这种不安全行为的根本原因是煤矿职工的心理隐患。因此,本文针对煤矿企业矿工心理健康的实际状况,就如何减轻矿工的心理压力、及时疏导矿工亚健康情绪,提出具体有效的措施,以确保煤矿企业安全高效的生产。
Coal mine safety is a dynamic and complicated systemic project of multifactor and multi-link.According to the statistics,the work accidents occur the most in the coal industry of China,among which 80% work accidents in coal industry are caused by giving directions against regulations and ordering miners to work at risk.In these accidents,unsafe behavior plays a decisive role and the hidden psychological trouble of the coal miners is the root cause of unsafe behavior.Therefore,in view of the actual psychological situation of coal miners,this paper puts forward specific measures to relieve the psychological pressure of coal miners and to reduce mental sub-health in time in order to ensure safety production of coal mines.
