摘要
矿井素质管理是促进煤矿企业各项工作的重要手段,本文提出矿井素质管理应以科学发展观为指导,统领各项工作,把握发展大局,保障员工利益,推动企业的健康、稳定发展。
Coalmine quality management is an important method to improve efficiency in coalmine enterprise. Coalmine quality management could guide the work, grasp the overall development, protect the interests of employees, and facilitate the healthy and stable development of enterprise.The conclusion that coalmine quality management should be guided by Scientific Outlook on Development was proposed in this paper.
