摘要
对世界著名研究型大学和高水平智库的研究发现,两者职能逐渐融合,组织边界越来越模糊,存在组织协同发展的特质。基础支撑包括创新性知识生产、政治经济利益驱动、地理位置趋同集群和资源互补的现实考虑。形式体现为大学设立智库、智库成立研究生院、智库发展新大学、研究型大学与高水平智库合作共建研究机构等。这为推动研究型大学与高水平智库组织协同发展带来了组织价值理念、管理和评价制度方面的思考。
There are great synergies between research universities and high-level think tanks in the functional integration and organizational boundaries blur. Basic supports include innovative knowledge production space, political and economic interests, geographic location convergence cluster and the consideration of resources complementary. Organizational form lies in that university set up think tank, think tank established graduate school and new university, university and think tank cooperate to build research institute. But they are confronted with huge conflicts and challenges in the aspect of value concept, management system and evaluation system.
