摘要
高技术产业集群是区域创新系统的主体,知识溢出是高技术产业集群作用于区域创新产出的动力机制。文章基于人员流动及企业衍生两种机制,对高技术产业集群知识溢出的区域创新效应进行了理论分析并提出关系假设;以北京市中关村科技园为实证对象,运用典型相关分析法(CCA)验证了所提假设;基于研究结论分别从促进人员流动和企业衍生两方面提出了对应的政策建议;最后提出了后续研究的展望。
High-tech industry cluster is main body of Regional Innovation System, and knowledge spillover is key dynamic mechanism where high-teeh industry cluster apply effects on regional innovation output. Based on different mechanism of personnel flowing and derivation of enterprises, the paper analyzes the innovation effects of knowledge spillover of high-tech industry cluster on regional innovation output , and put forward the following hypotheses, verify by the hypothesis through canonical correlation analysis by taking Zhongguancun Technology Park and Peking as examples, proposing corresponding policy recommendations from different angles according to the research conclusions , and promoting expectation of further research.
