摘要
以鱼鳞残钙质量分数为试验指标,在磁力搅拌下进行柠檬酸水溶液浸脱鳙鱼鱼鳞钙的研究。考察液固比、反应时间、搅拌速度和柠檬酸浓度对鱼鳞残钙质量分数的影响,确定它们的最适宜值分别为20∶1(V∶m)、60min、900r/min和12.5%,该条件下,鱼鳞中总钙质量分数由10.5%降至0.772%。正交试验结果表明上述4个考察因素对残钙质量分数的影响精度均为不显著,但对残钙质量分数影响程度相对大小的顺序为反应时间、液固比、搅拌速度和柠檬酸浓度。
With residual calcium mass fraction as objective function, the decalcification of bighead fish scales was carried out in citric acid aqueous solution by magnetic stirring. The effects of liquid-solid ratio, reaction time, stirring speed and citric acid concentration on the residual calcium mass fraction of fish scales were investigated and their maximum values were separately to be 20 ; I(V :m), 60 min, 900 r/min and 12.5%, under which the total calcium ion mass frac tion of the fish scales were dropped from 10.5% to 0. 772;. The variance analysis of orthogonal test indicated that the impact accuracies of the four parameters on the residual calcium mass fraction were not significant, but the order of their relative sizes of the impacts on the residual calcium mass fraction were reaction time, liquid solid ratio, stirring speed and citric acid concentration.
