摘要
任职教育院校加强教学团队建设不仅意义重大,而且具有现实紧迫性。基于创新型教学团队建设的基本要求,任职教育院校应有目的实施团队带头人、"双师型"骨干教员、青年梯队教员和部队兼职教员等系列培养工程,打造鲜明团队特色的创新型教员队伍。
