本文系统地介绍了通信专业以"卓越工程师"为导向的具有创新精神的人才培养模式的人才培养目标的制定、课程体系的构建、创新型教学团队、渐进式创新意识和创新能力培养等内容,以期培养更多优秀的工程技术人才。
The paper introduces the talents training mode of communications professionals with innovation spirit base on＂excellent engineers＂, which concerns the target setting, the construction of curriculum system and the innovative teaching staff, and the education of progressive innovative consciousness and innovative ability step by step, so as to educate more excellent engineering and technical talents.
