摘要 新教师专业成长是一个复杂的过程,在这个过程中新教师会面临许多困境。这些困境凸显出新教师专业发展过程中的需要。动机正是在需要与诱因的相互作用下形成的。强化学习信心、加强同伴指导、提高自我效能感是新教师学习动机的有效激励方式。 The previous research on learning motivations always laid emphasis on the students, while that of the teachers, especially the new teachers were less involved. The professional development of the new teachers is a complicated process, in which they will face many difficulties highlighting the development needs and incentives that form the motivation. An analysis of the learning motivation of new teachers under the difficulties of professional development is necessary for the construction of the incentive mechanism.
