摘要
对QC型轻型商用车变速器结构进行了局部优化,为验证其可靠性,需对其进行台架疲劳试验。在变速器疲劳试验过程中,通过监测变速器振动信号均方幅值(RMS)与温度的变化,掌握此型号变速箱在整个试验过程中的振动特性。疲劳试验验证了产品改进的可行性,研究了疲劳寿命与振动的对应关系,为研究变速器疲劳寿命预测提供基础试验数据。
The local optimization of transmission structure of QC light commercial vehicle is carried out, in order to verify its reliability, it's need fatigue test rig. In the transmission fatigue test process, by monitoring the transmission of vibration signals root mean square (RMS) and temperature changes, the vibration characteristics of this transmission are grasped throughout the trial process. Through the fatigue test, the feasibility of product improvement is verified and the correspondence relationship between the fatigue life and vibration is researched, a basis of test data for the study of transmission fatigue life prediction is provided.
