摘要
为满足变速器轻量化设计,避免变速器过设计、台架耐久性试验过程中过考核风险,降低研发及生产成本,从而达到目标用户使用需求的目的,通过引入整车道路载荷谱的方法研究机械式变速器台架耐久试验工况的优化方案,并与仿真模拟载荷谱所得到的试验工况进行对比。结果表明,原本由仿真模拟载荷谱转化而来的试验工况对于变速器考核过于严苛,在前期研发及试制阶段增加了大量成本。可见,在变速器开发及台架耐久试验工况设计过程中,引入整车实际载荷谱是非常必要的。
In order to meet lightweight design of transmission,to avoid the transmission design,bench durability test in the process of assessment of risk,reduce the cost of development and production so as to achieve the purpose of the target user’s demand,studies the mechanical transmission by introducing the vehicle road load spectrum method to,the optimized plan for the working condition of bench durability test and simulation load spectrum of experimental condition were compared.The results show that the original transformed by simulation load spectrum for transmission through the inspection,test conditions in the early stage of the research and development phase increased a lot of costs.Visible,in transmission development process and the working condition of bench test design,the introduction of the vehicle to collect the actual load spectrum is very necessary.
