摘要
从统计能量法的基本原理出发,综合考虑时变啮合刚度及齿轮误差等内部激励对齿轮箱辐射噪声的影响,以及齿轮箱与外部流体耦合作用,建立了齿轮箱的统计能量法分析模型。通过分析与计算确定箱体各子系统的模态密度、内损耗因子和子系统间的耦合损耗因子,求解得到箱体各子系统的振动响应及齿轮箱噪声谱。进一步分析不同齿轮箱厚度、阻尼、轴承刚度对齿轮箱辐射噪声的影响,为齿轮箱的减振降噪提供一定理论依据。
Considering the gearbox with an external fluid coupling, the statistical energy model is introduced based on the basic principles of statistical energy analysis. The time - varying mesh stiffness and errors are also taken into accout in calculation of gearbox noise radiation. The modal density and damping loss factor of the regular shaped subsystems are determined by using theoretical method. Meanwhile, the coupling loss factors between point junction and line junction subsystems are calculated. Each subsystem vibration response and the noise spectrum of the gearbox are obtained. The effect of the gearbox thickness, damping and bearing stiffness on the noise radiation is analyzed. An useful theoretical guideline to the design of the gearbox is provided by the study.
