摘要
齿轮减速器是各行业中应用最广泛的动力和运动传输装置,同时也是传动装置中的主要振动噪声源。针对减速器振动噪声形成机理、预测方法及控制措施等方面,综述了该领域国内外近年来的研究进展。介绍了减速器齿轮啸叫噪声与齿轮拍击噪声形成机理,评述了早期使用的经验公式方法以及当前常用的FEM-BEM、SEA等数值方法以及研究中取得的成果。在减速器减振降噪方面,主要针对齿轮参数选用、齿轮箱结构优化、阻尼材料的使用、轮齿修形及主动控制等进行综述,为减速器的减振降噪设计提供了理论基础。最后指出了需要进一步研究的几个问题。
Gear transmission is widely used in the main vibration and noise source. The research power and mechanical driving device, moreover it is developments of reducer vibration and noise mecha- nism, prediction method and control measures are reviewed. The gear whine noise and gear rattle noise mechanism are introduced. The early application and development of experience formula method and FEM--BEM, SEA numerical methods in reducer noise prediction are commented. In the aspect of reducer vibration and noise reduction, the gear parametric option, gearbox structure improvement, damping material application, gear tooth modification and active control method are summarized. The useful theoretical guideline to the design of the gear reducer is provided. Finally, some problems exis- ted are pointed out for further study.
