摘要
为了更好地监测带式输送机减速器的运行情况,分析了减速器噪声产生的原因,分别在减速器上中下合适位置建立监控点,利用DH5901手持式动态信号测试分析仪对减速器进行监测,将测试数据导入MATLAB中做进一步滤波处理,得到有效的频谱图,对减速器的潜在故障做出诊断,以确保输送机正常运行。
To better monitor the operation of the reducer of the belt conveyor, the noise generation causes of the reducer were analyzed. In addition, monitoring points were laid in suitable positions of upper, middle and lower zone of the reducer, and applied DH5901 portable dynamic signal tester to test the reducer, and then the test data were input MATLAB for further filtration. Finally, effective frequency spectra were obtained, and potential faults of the reducer were identified so as to ensure the normal operation of the conveyor.
