摘要 本试验旨在探索不同硒源及硒水平对10~11月龄豪猪生长性能及组织硒含量的影响。选用体重相近的10月龄豪猪80头,随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复2头,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)及在基础日粮中添加0.30 mg/kg硒(以亚硒酸钠形式)(Ⅰ组)、0.20 mg/kg硒(以酵母硒形式)(Ⅱ组)、0.30 mg/kg硒(以酵母硒形式)(Ⅲ组)、0.30 mg/kg硒(亚硒酸钠和酵母硒形式硒各0.15 mg/kg)(IV组)的试验日粮。预试期7 d,正试期45 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,各组平均日采食量差异均不显著(P〉0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均日增重显著升高(P〈0.05),Ⅲ组料重比显著降低(P〈0.05);与对照组相比,Ⅲ组肝脏和肌肉中的硒含量极显著升高(P〈0.01),Ⅱ、Ⅳ组肝脏和肌肉中的硒含量显著(P〈0.05)和极显著(P〈0.01)升高,I组肝脏和肌肉中的硒含量差异不显著(P〉0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加酵母硒可在一定程度上改善10~11月龄豪猪生长性能,提高其组织中的硒沉积量,其中以添加0.30 mg/kg酵母硒效果最佳。 The objective of this experiment was to explore the effects of different sources and levels of selenium (Se) ongrowth performance and tissue Se content of 10- 11 months porcupine. Eighty and 10-month-old porcupine with a similar bodyweight were assigned to 5 groups with 8 replicates of 2 porcupines each. The porcupine were fed a basal diet without Se comple-mentation (control group) or the basal diet adding 0.30 mg/kg Se in the form of sodium selenite (group Ⅰ ) ,0.20 mg/kg Se inthe form of yeast selenium (group Ⅱ ),0.30 mg/kg Se in the form of yeast selenium (group Ⅲ ) and 0.30 mg/kg mixed Se(0.15 mg/kg sodium selenite and 0.15 mg/kg yeast selenium) (group Ⅵ), respectively. The pre-test period lasted for 7 daysand the trial period lasted for 45 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, there was no significant differ-ences in the average daily feed intake (ADFI) in each group (P〈0.05) ,the average daily gain (ADG) in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ wassignificantly increased (P〈0.05) ,the feed/gain (F/G) in group Ⅲ was significant decreased (P〈0.05). Compared with thecontrol group,the concent of Se in liver and muscle of group Ill was extremely significantly increased (P〈0.01) ,the content ofSe in liver and muscle of groups Ⅱ and 1V was also significantly increased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ,and there was no significantdifference in group Ⅰ (P〈0.05). In conclusion,the basal diet supplemented with yeast selenium could improve the growth perform-ance and increase the tissue Se concent in 10-11 months porcupine,and adding 0.30 mg/kg yeast selenium had the best effect.
