摘要
酵母硒是一种优质的有机硒源,与无机硒相比具有生物利用率高、安全、低毒等特点,可以提高畜禽的生长性能和繁殖性能,加强免疫力及改善肉质等。综述了酵母硒的主要作用及其在畜禽生产实践中的应用现状,以期为畜禽生产提供一定的参考。
Yeast selenium is a high-quality organic selenium source.It has characteristics of higher bioavailability,safety and low toxicity compared with inorganic selenium.Yeast selenium can improve the growth performance,reproduction performance,immunity,and meat quality of livestock and poultry.This paper summarized the main functions of yeast selenium and the current status of application in livestock and poultry production,so as to provide some references for livestock and poultry production.
