摘要
本试验旨在探索不同硒源及硒水平对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清抗氧化能力和血浆硒含量的影响。选用600头平均体重为(8.50±0.52)kg、平均日龄为(28±3.5)d的杜长大三元杂交仔猪,随机分成10组,每组3个重复,每个重复20头仔猪,分别饲喂不同处理的日粮。1组为对照,饲喂不添加硒源的日粮,其余9组为试验组,分别以亚硒酸钠、酵母硒和纳米硒的形式添加到0.3、0.5、0.7mg·kg-1 3个水平的硒,试验期46d。试验结果表明:①不同硒源及添加水平对仔猪平均日采食量影响不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,0.3和0.5mg·kg-1硒水平的纳米硒和0.5mg·kg-1硒水平的酵母硒显著提高仔猪日增重(P<0.05);0.5mg·kg-1硒水平的纳米硒仔猪日增重显著高于0.7mg·kg-1硒水平的亚硒酸钠(P<0.05);②不同硒源及添加水平对仔猪血浆硒含量影响不显著(P>0.05);③不同硒源及添加水平对仔猪血清MDA含量影响不显著(P>0.05),0.5mg·kg-1硒的纳米硒和0.5mg·kg-1硒的酵母硒血清T-AOC含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.5mg·kg-1硒的纳米硒血清GSH-PX含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。
The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of different sources and sup plemental dosages of selenium on the piglets growth performance, plasma selenium content and anti-oxidative activities and antioxidant capacity Three different sources of selenium. Sodium Selenite, Nano-selenium and Selenium Yeast and three dietary supplemental levels at 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 mg kg-1 were used. The piglets fed on a basal diet without external Se sources were used as control group. Six hundreds healthy D× LW× L hybrid piglets at the age of (28 ±3.5) days, and average initial body weight ((8.50±0.52) kg) were divided into 10 groups with 3 replicates each group and 20 piglets (10 males and 10 females) per replicate and fed with the experi- mental diets. The trial lasted for 46 days. The results were as follows. (1)The difference was not significant in the average daily feed intake of the piglet fed different selenium sources (P〈O. 05), but the daily gain in the 0.3 and 0.5 mg kg-1 nano-selenium groups and 0.5 mg kg -1 yeast se- lenium group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈O. 05), and 0.5 mg kg-1 nano-selenium group was significantly higher than that in 0.7 mg kg -1 sodium selenite group (P〈0.05). (2) The difference was not significant in plasma selenium content of the piglet fed dif- ferent selenium sources (P〉O. 05). (3)The difference was not significant in the serum MDA level of piglet fed different selenium sources (P〉O. 05), the serum-AOC level in the 0.5 mg kg-1 nano-selenium and 0. 5 mg kg-1 yeast selenium groups were significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05), and the GSH-PX levels in 0.5 mg kg-1 nano-selenium group was sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05).
