摘要
结合某钢厂120 t转炉生产实践及存在问题,对其氧枪四孔喷头进行了优化设计。优化后的氧枪五孔喷头在化渣时间、钢铁料耗、脱磷率等方面均有所改善,终点平均磷含量能够控制在0.013%以内,满足了生产工艺需求。
The five hoxygen lance nozzle structure was designed and optimized combining production practice and current problems of the 120 t converter in a Iron & Steel Plant. The results show that the melting slag time and raw material consumption decrease, meanwhile, the tap phosphorus content of the steel improves within 0.013%, which meets the need of production and technology.
