摘要
以某炼钢厂90 t转炉自调螺栓型连接装置为研究对象进行了运动及力学分析,结合实际生产确定了各种工况下的主要载荷及其变化规律,基于有限元进行进一步接触分析,并结合现场实际情况分析讨论了计算结果。从而提出较符合实际的自调螺栓型转炉连接装置的设计方法,为连接装置的设计提供参考。
This paper shows the study of a self - adjusting bolt type connecting mechanism on 90 - ton converter in a steelmaking factory. Kinematical and mechanical analysis is taken to determine, together with practical production, the main load and its change law under various working conditions. Then, a finite element method calculation is made for contact analyses and a discussion follows to comment the computational solution combining the actual conditions on site. Finally, a rather practical design method is put forward, which can be used as reference in the design of this connecting device.
