摘要
某厂220 t转炉按全正力矩原则和正负力矩等值原则确定耳轴位置时,所得倾动力矩值较以往经验值都过大,不能满足设计要求。针对此问题进行了分析,找到了倾动力矩偏大的原因,为转炉的设计提供参考。
The calculated tilting moment of a 220 t converter is greater than normal. This paper describes an investigation into the reason of it and find the factor influencing this tilting moment. The study results can give some useful messages to converter design.
