摘要
重钢老区喷煤系统引进的是德国KUTYER公司的先进喷吹技术,采用两个罐子并列方式对三座高炉进行同时喷吹煤粉。从老区近十年的实际应用情况来看,效果并不是十分理想。重钢新区高炉喷煤计算机控制系统是在消化和吸收老区喷煤控制技术的基础上,根据新区喷煤工艺需求,由重钢电子公司自主开发设计,具有自己的知识产权,不再受制于人,可根据工艺需求及时进行功能完善。
Chongqing steel introduced the coal injection process of KUTYER company Germany before the relocation in Changshou, the process used two parallel tank injected coal into three furnace at the same time, based on ten-year experience, coal injection effect was not satisfied. After relocation the electronic company of Chongqing steel developed a new central controlling system individually, which absorbed the spirit of eider system and could be altered through the temporary requirements.
