摘要
采用实验的方法对影响激光切割精度的因素进行研究。通过典型钢板的激光切割实验发现:切割方向不影响切割精度,切割精度与切割路径分布、光束补偿和离焦量关联较大。根据实验结果制定了该典型钢板的最佳切割方案,摸索了一种确定光束补偿值的方法,对提高薄板激光切割精度有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,a research about the factors affecting the precision of laser cutting was taken.According to the experiments cutting the typical steel by laser it was found that cutting direction does not affect the cutting precision,which is related closely with the cutting path distribution、beam compensation and defocus.In this paper,we got the best solution to cut this typical steel according to the result,explored a method to find out the beam compensation.It is valuable to improve the precision of laser cutting.
