摘要
研究了影响板材激光切割质量的相关因素。利用脉冲打点的方式实现控制系统与激光系统的同步,获得二者之间的延迟值为12 ms,实现加速与减速切割功率输出的一致性。应用高度跟随控制并通过一种碰撞控制方法,试验获得碰撞延迟时间为150 ms,预碰撞补偿距离为0.1 mm。以基于速度的激光功率控制方法及切割轨迹的优化手段,进一步提高了全轨迹的切割质量。研究表明了同步控制、高度跟随控制及工艺与路径优化对切割质量的重要性。
Research on the related factors of steel plate laser cutting quality are studied. Using pulsed marking method,the synchronization between the control and laser system is realized,accelerated and decelerated cutting is consistent by setting 12 ms delay time. Through the height adjusting control and a collision control process,150 ms collision delay time and 0. 1 mm pre-crash compensation distance are obtained. Furthermore,the implementation of laser power control based on speed and optimization of the cutting path can improve the whole trajectory cutting quality. The research results show that the synchronous control,height adjusting control,cutting process and path optimization are important to cutting quality.
