B含量对FeSiBMoCrCuP系铁基纳米晶合金结构和软磁性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of boron content on the structure and magnetic properties of Fe81-xSi13BxMo2Cr1Cu1P2 nanocrystalline alloys

摘要 用单辊甩带机在大气环境下制备了Fe81-xSi13BxMo2Cr1Cu1P2(x=8.6~9.6)非晶合金带材。结果表明,对于淬态材料,当x〈9.5时,XRD谱中除了一个宽的漫散射峰外,还有少量的晶体衍射峰,当垃9.5时,XRD谱只呈现了宽的漫散射峰,表明合金为非晶态。经过520℃×30min退火后,纳米晶合金的XRD谱中主要出现a-Fe(Si)相的晶体衍射峰,仅在x=8.6的样品中还出现了FeSi相的衍射峰。由DTA图谱可知,样品的一次晶化峰起始温度Tx1随B含量的增大而降低,同时第一、二次晶化峰起始温度的温差△Tx随B含量的增加而略有减小。磁性能检测结果显示,退火后合金的起始磁导率随B含量的增加而增大,B含量为9.5和9.6的样品表现出了优异的软磁性能。 Amorphous ribbons of Fe81-xSi13BxMo2Cr1Cu1P2(x=8.6~9.6) were prepared by single-roller melt spinner in environmental atmosphere. XRD patterns of the asspun amorphous ribbon show a small amount of crystal diffraction peaks except a wide diffuse scattering peak at low B content of x〈9.5. While the XRD patterns only show a wide diffuse scattering peak at high B range of x〉9.5, suggesting that the ribbons should have an amorphous structure. After being optimally annealed at 520 ℃ for 30 min, there are mainly diffraction peaks of α-Fe(Si) phase for each sample, while there also appears diffraction peak of FeSi phase only for the sample with B content of x=8.6. It is found from the DTA pattern that with increasing content of B, the initial temperature Tx1 of the first crystallization peak decreases, the same as the temperature difference △Tx between the first and the secondary crystallization peak. The initial magnetic permeability μ0 of annealed nanocrystalline alloy core increases with increasing content of B. The excellent soft magnetic properties of the studied compositions correspond to nanocrystalline alloy with B content of 9.5 % and 9.6 %.
