摘要
该文研究了名义组分为Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(10+x)熔融淬火样品的二次晶化过程。结果表明.利用这一方法易于获得具有超导电性的Bi系多晶材料.随二次品化时间的增加,零电阻温度提高,晶粒变大,并出现2212到2223相的转变。但由于该方法获得样品的无织构化结构和晶化过程导致的密度退化,使得其临界电流和超导电性没有明显的改善。此外,讨论了和掺Pb样品晶化过程的差别。
The post-quenching crystallization process has been studied for the melt-quenching samples of BiSrCaCuO.The results show that the ploycrystal superconducting bulk materials may easily be obtained by this method,but the physical preperties of the materials don't have a distinct improvement.The influence of the crystallizing condition on the structure and superconductivity of the samples is gaven.The difference between the post-quenching crystallization process and Pb-substitute samples is also discussed in this paper.
