摘要
目的针对可可碱精制过程中,由于3-甲基黄嘌呤残留高,造成的产品色泽差,质量达不到要求的问题,对精制工艺优化改进。方法通过优化调整精制工艺过程中可可碱结晶析出pH值,而将可可碱成品精制步骤由两次降为一次。结果 3-甲基黄嘌呤残留由原可可碱产品中的0.6%降至0.2%以下,产品外观由黄绿色改善为乳白色,产品色泽和质量符合企业要求。结论该精制工艺简捷,降低了可可碱生产成本,具有很好的工业化前景。
Objective To optimize the purification process of theobromine in order to reduce the residue 3-methylxanthine which results in poor color and quality of theobromine. Methods The purification process was optimized from twice to once by adjusting the pH value during crystallization of theobromine. Results The residue 3-methylxanthine was reduced to NMT 0. 2% from 0. 6% in theobromine. The appearance of theobromine was improved from yellowish green to opalescent. And final product's quality met the enterprise's standards. Conclusions This recovery process is simple,which results in cost saving and provides industrial prospects of theobromine.
