高压电烧伤大鼠坐骨神经微循环灌流量变化及己酮可可碱的干预作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察高压电对大鼠坐骨神经微循环灌流量(sciatic nerve microcirculation hemoperfusion,SNMH)的影响并探讨己酮可可碱(pentoxifylline,PTX)的干预作用。方法将105只大鼠按完全随机设计方法分为对照组、电伤组和治疗组,每组35只,每时相7只。电伤组和治疗组大鼠用调压器和实验变压器制成高压电烧伤(电压1 000V)模型,对照组大鼠接相同装置但不通电,致假伤。用激光多普勒微循环图像仪检测3组大鼠伤前,伤后即刻、4h、8h、24h,5个时相的SNMH。检测部位为双后腿坐骨神经(坐骨切迹下1.5cm段)。结果伤前比较,3组SNMH差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。伤后即刻,电伤组及治疗组双后腿坐骨神经SNMH差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均低于对照组SNMH(P<0.05)。电伤组和治疗组伤后各时相点两后肢SNMH均低于对照组,治疗组伤后各时相点两后肢SNMH高于电伤组(Z5<0.05)。电伤组左、右后腿SNMH伤后各时相比较,左后腿SNMH数值均.低于右后腿SNMH(P<0.05)。结论高压电烧伤导致大鼠SNMH下降,PTX可改善电伤后SNMH。 Objective To observe the changes of sciatic nerve microcirculation hemoperfusion (SNMH) and the effect of pentoxifylline (PTX) after high-voltage electrical burn ( HEB ). Methods One hundred and five rats were randomly divided into control group, electrical burn group and PTX treatment group,with 35 rats in each group ,7 rats in each time phase. Rat model of HEB was reproduced with the TC-30-20KVA type voltage not given electric shock. The LISCA regulator and YDJ-10KVA type transformer. The control group was laser Doppler hemoperfusion image instrument (LDPI) was used to observe the changes of SNMH before HEB, at shock immediate, 4 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours after HEB. Double hind legs sciatic nerve ( a segment of 1.5cm below sciatic notch) was boserved. Results The SNMH of three groups before HEB were not significantly different ( P 〉 0.05 ). At shock immediately, the SNMH of both electrical burn group and PTX treatment group were not significantly different ( P 〉 0. 05 ), which were less than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The SNMH of both electrical burn group and PTX treatment group were less than that of control at other time phase after HEB ( P 〈 0.05 ). TheSNMH of PTX treatment group was more than electrical burn group at other time phase after HEB. The SNMH of left hind leg was less than that of right hind leg in electrical burn group after HEB ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The SNMH of leg decreased after HEB, PTX improved SNMH.
