摘要
本科生导师制是一种新型的饱受赞誉的教育制度,可以提高医学生的学习能力、职业素质、人文修养。文章通过总结当前医学生职业道德教育和人文素质培养方法出现的三大问题,提出了本科生导师制下医学生职业道德教育和人文素质培养的三条路径。
As a wellpraised new educational system,undergraduate tutorial system can improve the ability to learning,occupation and humanistic quality of medical college students. The main problems of professional ethics education and humanistic quali ty cultivation of medical college students were summarized. Based on which, suggestions of paths to professional ethics education and humanistic quality cultivation of medical college students in the tutorial system were put forward.
