该文通过对城市双向转诊制度的研究,分析了我国城市双向转诊制度问题,并针对这些问题提出了建议和措施,希望能有助于双向转诊制度的实施和发展。
The article analyzed the problems of two - referral system in city, and put forward corresponding suggestions and measure, which would be contribute to the development and practice of two - way referral system.
