摘要
目的观察并探讨医护合作持续一体化管理对腹膜透析患者营养状态的影响。方法选择54例维持性腹透患者作为研究对象,采用前后自身对照法,以持续医护一体化管理的模式营养指导患者,共随访6个月,对患者在一体化管理当天,管理后1个月、3个月及6个月的营养相关血清学指标、血钾、主观综合性营养评估分数(SGA)进行比较,同时对管理当天、管理后6个月的患者对疾病知识的掌握情况进行测评。结果不同时间段患者营养相关血清学指标,血钾和SGA评分及自我管理测评分值较入组时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用医护合作持续一体化的管理可以有效帮助患者提高营养水平,改善腹膜透析患者的生活质量。
Objective To study influence of continued integration management on nutritional status in patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods 54 patients with peritoneal dialysis(PD)were treated with continuing medical nutritional guidance based on integrated management.The serum indexes,serum potassium,subjective comprehensive nutrition assessment(SGA)and knowledge of disease were observed.Results There were statistically significant(P〈0.05)difference of biochemical indicators and SGA score of the patients at different time.Conclusion The continued integration management can effectively improve the level of nutrition and the quality of life of patients with peritoneal dialysis.
