中老年人群人体成分与血脂及肝肾功能水平研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析中老年人群人体成分与血脂及肝肾功能指标之间的相关性。方法选择健康体检中心体检者403例,排除严重感染、心肌梗死病史、肝肾功能不全、肿瘤病史及无法独自站立检查者等。通过Biospace Inbody 720人体成分分析仪进行人体成分测定,主要包括:体质指数(BMI)、矿物质、蛋白质、体脂肪、腹围、臀围及内脏脂肪区域(VFA)等指标。同时收集血清测定血脂及肝肾功能相关指标。结果 BMI、体脂肪、腹围、臀围及VFA不受性别影响。BMI、体脂肪、腹围、臀围及VFA与总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL)呈负相关;剔除年龄、性别因素后,对人体成分与血脂各项指标进行偏相关分析,上述指标仍具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。BMI、腹围、臀围及VFA与谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)呈正相关;剔除年龄、性别因素后,人体成分结果仍与ALT和AST具有良好的相关性,但相关系数有所减小(P<0.01);人体成分各项指标与肌酐(Cr)有良好的相关性。结论中老年人体成分与血脂、肝肾功能水平是密切相关的。通过对人体成分的分析,可早期发现人体成分的异常,指导中老年人群健康的生活方式,尽早预测、发现营养相关性疾病,协助临床上的诊断。 To explore the relationship of body composition components with serum lipid, liver and renal function in middle-aged and aged person. Methods All the 403 person received health examination in Medical Examination Center were accepted to examinate index of serum lipid,liver and renal function. Those who had the history of acute infection, myocardial infarction, hepatic inadequacy, renal inadequacy, tumors or not to stand alone were excluded. Body composition components were examinated by Biospace Inbody 720 consisting of body mass in- dex (BMI), mineral matter, protein, body fat, abdomen circumference, hip circumference and visceral fat area (VFA) ,etc. Results The gender were unrelated to BMI,body fat,abdomen circumference,hip circumference and VFA. BMI, body fat, abdomen circumference, hip circumference and VFA had positive relationship with total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL) and negative relationship with high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL). After rejecting age and gender factors, superior indexs were still statistically significant by partial correlation analysis( P 〈 0. 01 ) ;BMI, abdomen circumference ,hip circumference and VFA had positive relationship with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST). After rejecting age and gender factors, result of body composition components had a favourable relationship with ALT and AST, but coefficient correlation corresponded to reduce( P 〈0. 01 ) ; creatinine(Cr) and body composition components had a favourable correlation. Conclusion Body composition components of middle-aged and aged person have a close relationship with serum lipid, liver and renal function. To guide life style of health of middle-aged and aged person, and earlierly find abnormality of body composition components by analysis of body composition, which earlierly forecasts or discovers disease are related to nutrition and assists clinical diagnosis.
