摘要
目的:探讨专病一体化护理在改善腹膜透析患者营养管理中的作用,旨在改善患者的营养状况,提高自我护理水平。方法:将128例腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,以建立在专病一体化护理模式上的饮食指导作为干预手段,随访6个月,分别对患者在入组当天、入组后1个月、3个月及6个月的主观综合性营养评估(SGA)评分、自我护理水平及营养状况进行比较。结果:不同时间点患者的各项营养相关检查指标较入组时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,患者的营养知识掌握水平明显提高。结论:应用以专病一体化护理为基础的营养管理教育,可帮助患者在透析开始的前6个月改善营养状况。
Objective:To summarize the application of integrated nursing model in nutrition management of peritoneal dialysis patients. Method: 128 peritoneal dialysis patients in the hospital from January to November 2011 were undergoing the nutrition management based on the integrated nursing model.Comparisons between different time were conducted on the test indexes, the SGA scale and the disease-related knowledge of the patients.Results: The 6 months' integrated nursing care improved the patients' disease-related knowledge,significant differences were observed on the clinical test indexes (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The patients' nutritional status can be improved in the first 6 months undergoing nutrition management based on the integrated nursing model.
