摘要
针对超声磨粒传感器声场的非线性特性对磨粒散射与识别模型的影响问题,利用KZK方程对超声磨粒传感器的非线性声场进行建模。采用时域有限差分法对KZK方程进行数值求解,对聚焦声场的时、频域特性进行分析,发现焦点位置会发生一定偏移;焦斑的轴向长度较大而径向长度很小;焦点附近区域的声压波形及其中心频率均不相同;由于衍射与吸收作用,声场中心频率低于激励中心频率。实验结果验证了仿真结论的正确性。
The scattering and identifying model of the wear particle is influenced by the nonlinear characteristic of the surrounding ultrasonic field of ultrasonic wear particle transducer. The nonlinear sound field of the ultrasonic wear particle transducer was modeled by using the KZK equation,the KZK equation was solved numerically by the finite difference time domain method,and the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics were investigated. The results indicate that the focus position may deviate a little,the axial length of the focal spot is much larger than the radial length,the pressure waveform as well as the corresponding center frequency varies in the focus region,and the center frequency of the sound field is lower than that of the source signal. The experimental results validate the simulation conclusion.
