摘要
异常磨损产生的大磨粒蕴含航空发动机的健康状态信息。为了克服单一电感式或电容式传感器对磨粒种类区分的局限,提出了一种以三线圈电感与管道内置叉指式电容为基础的复合传感器。传感器通过分割灵敏场,利用差分结构,提高测量灵敏度和抗干扰能力。基于多物理场仿真软件,运用控制变量法对传感器结构参数进行优化设计。通过对输出特性分析表明:在内方外圆的管道中(内边长6 mm,外径10 mm),传感器可检测60μm铁磁性金属磨粒、222μm非铁磁性金属磨粒和268μm非金属磨粒,并能有效区分滑油磨粒大小和材质。
The large debris produced by abnormal wear contain information about the health status of aeroengines.In order to overcome the limitation of single inductance or capacitance sensor to detect the type of debris,a composite sensor based on three-coil inductance and interfinger type capacitance built in pipeline was proposed.The sensor can improve the measurement sensitivity and anti-interference ability by dividing the sensitive field and using the differential structure.Based on multi-physics simulation software,the control variable method was used to optimize the structural parameters of the sensor.Through the simulation analysis of the output characteristics,it is shown that the sensor can detect 60μm ferromagnetic metal debris,222μm non-ferromagnetic metal debris and 268μm non-metallic debris when the inner and outer diameters are 6mm and 10mm respectively,and can effectively distinguish the size and material of the debris.
