摘要
针对用超声监测磨粒的难点和关键之一———超声传感器设计的问题 ,从理论上分析了聚焦超声波声场特性 ,并进行了聚焦传感器声场的计算机模拟仿真 。
With regard to one of the difficult and important problems about ultrasonic wear debris monitoring--the transducer designing, the sound field′s characteristics of the focusing radiator are analyzed theoretically and simulated numerically through computer. Finally, a rule about the transducer designing of the focusing radiator is presented.
