摘要
目的:探讨穴位敷贴合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效。方法:将64例肝阳上亢型高血压患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组32例,对照组给予西药非洛地平治疗,治疗组给予穴位敷贴合天麻钩藤饮治疗,75 d为1个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程,对两组治疗前后收缩压和舒张压变化进行观察,对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行检测,对患者治疗前后生活质量进行评分。结果:两组治疗后的血压、SOD、生活质量评分均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05);治疗组的血压、SOD及有效率与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组的生活质量评分及显效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴合天麻钩藤饮加减治加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压有十分明显的效果,在临床治疗中有重要意义。
Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of acupoint application and modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction treatment of hypertension with excess of liver yang type. Methods： 64 cases of patients of hypertension with excess of liver yang type were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,32 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine felodipine,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint application and modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction. 75 days for a period of treatment,and the two groups were treated 2 courses of treatment. Observed systolic and diastolic blood pressure changes of the two groups before and after treatment were,tested superoxide dismutase（SOD）,and scored patients＇ quality of life before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,blood pressure,SOD and quality of life score of the two groups was improved significantly compared with before treatment（P 0. 05）; blood pressure,SOD and the total effective rate of treatment group compared with the control group showed that there was no significant difference（P 0. 05）; quality of life scoring in the treatment group and significant efficiency were significantly better than that of control group（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application and modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction treatment of hypertension with excess of liver yang type have obvious effect,and important significance in clinical treatment.
