摘要
目的:探讨杞菊地黄丸与氯沙坦钾片联合应用于更年期失眠伴高血压病患者的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年5月水东街道社区卫生服务中心收治的更年期失眠伴高血压病患者86例,并严格按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。其中对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,观察组采用杞菊地黄丸与氯沙坦钾片联合进行治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果和睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率为76. 74%,观察组总有效率为95. 35%,对照组总有效率低于观察组(P <0. 05)。2组治疗前睡眠质量差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),治疗后,2组患者睡眠质量均有所改善,但观察组改善情况较之对照组显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:杞菊地黄丸与氯沙坦钾片联合治疗更年期失眠伴高血压病患者效果显著,可有效改善其睡眠质量,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Qiju Dihuang pill combined with losartan potassium tablet in the treatment of menopausal insomnia patients with hypertension. Methods: From May 2017 to May 2018,86 climacteric insomnia patients with hypertension were selected and divided into control group( n =43)and observation group( n =43)according to the principle of random distribution.The control group was treated with routine medicine,the observation group was treated with Qiju Dihuang pill and losartan potassium tablet,and the two groups were compared in therapeutic effect and sleep quality. Results: After treatment,the total effective rate in the control group was 76.74% and the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.35%.The total effective rate in the control group was lower than that in the observation group( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep quality between the two groups before and after treatment( P >0.05).The sleep quality of the two groups was improved,but the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Qiju Dihuang pills combined with losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of menopausal insomnia patients with hypertension has a significant effect,can effectively improve their sleep quality,worthy of promotion.
