摘要
针对端截形曲线存在转折点的复杂螺旋面成型铣刀设计,利用Pro/E软件自身的编程计算和参数化造型功能,充分发挥了计算法和作图法设计的优点。具有设计过程形象、直观、精度和效率高的特点,为复杂螺旋面工件成型加工的刀具设计提供了一种有效的方法。其方法和步骤也适用于用其他CAD软件按包络原理进行成型加工刀具的设计。
The design of formed milling cutter for complex helicoid with breaking point at the end sectional curve, it takes full advantages of both calculation method and graphics method with the program, calculation, parametric modeling functions of the sfotware. The design process features vivid, lifelike, high precision and efficiency. As a efficient technique, the method and procedure can be used to other different kinds of milling cutters design by envelop forming principle.
