摘要
麻花钻的钻尖结构对其切削性能影响很大,在加工过程中扭矩和轴向力是反映切削性能的重要指标。本文介绍了一种新型非共轴复杂螺旋钻尖,其后刀面由两个对称于钻头轴线且螺旋回转轴线平行于钻头轴线的复杂螺旋面构成。螺旋面分为切削区域、过渡区域、切屑排出区域三部分,具有钻削力小等优点。对磨削后的该钻头与其他结构钻头进行力学性能测试,分析对比数据可知,得出钻头结构合理结论。
Drill point structure of twist drill had a great influence on the cutting performance,in the process of processing torque and axial force is the important index reflecting the cutting performance. This paper introduces a new type of complex helical drill point,the flank face is composed of complex helicoid which was axis symmetry for drill and screw rotation axis parallel to the drill axis. Helical surface consists of three parts,the cutting area,the transition area and the chip discharge area. This structure of the drill has a low drilling force,this is a advantage. Use this structures of the drill and the other structures of drill for performance testing,analyze data,draw conclusions.
