摘要
用成形铣刀铣螺旋槽时,求成形铣刀廓形的问题是个求解空间啮合运动的理论问题。传统求法有计算分析法和手工图解法。本文创造了计算机图解法,既采用了上述两种方法的优点又克服了它们的缺点,且作图过程基本上由程序自动进入计算机,用户只作少量交互,运算速度快、精度高,直观、可靠。
It is a problem of engagement in space to calculate the tooth—profiles of form cutters when the cutters are used in milling helical flutes.The traditional methods of tooth—profiles design are calculation analysis and manual graphics.In this paper we create a new method— computer graphic method of designing the tooth—profiles,which not only carries forward the advantages but also gets over the disadvantages of the traditional menthods.What is more,almost the whole process of drawing is completed automatically with running program and the designers should only take a little man—machine interaction.The advantages of this new method are high speed,high precision,simplisity and reliability.
