摘要
师德建设是高校师资队伍建设的重要内容之一 ,青年教师是高校教师队伍的主力军 ,加强对他们的师德建设 ,提高他们的师德修养尤为重要。青年教师队伍其整体的主流是好的 ,但师德建设中目前仍存在一些问题。要采取有力措施 ,抓好师德教育 ,重视师德修养 ,加强师德培训 ,完善师德规范 。
The construction of teaching morals is one of the important contents among the qualified teachers' construction in the institutions of higher education.Since the young teachers are the main force of the teachers in these institutions,it is especially important to strengthen their teaching morals constuction and improve their teaching morals comprehension.The main trend of the whole young teachers' contingent is good,however there are some problems during the constructing of tecahing morals at the moment.It is necessary to adopt the effective measures to pay special attention to the teaching morals education and comprehension, to strengthen the teaching morals training,to complete the teaching morals standard and to improve the teaching morals level of the young teachers continuously.
