摘要
高等教育评估是国家对高等学校社会价值的综合判断。我们要充分认识高等教育评估的意义、明白其功能。高等教育评估的三种形式为政府评估、社会评估和自我评估。建立三种评估模式对高等学校的健康、持续发展具有重要的意义。
Educational evaluation for universities and colleges is a synthetic assessment of their social value. We should fully understand its significances and its functions. It has three forms which cover governmental evaluation,social evaluation and evaluation of itself. Constructing the three forms is very important to the healthy development of higher education.
