摘要
对辉县市 4 7年的降水量资料分析 ,应用灰色拓扑预测理论及方法 ,建立预测模型 ,预测出了 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 31年的降水量 ,其中 2 0 11～ 2 0 12年和 2 0 30～ 2 0 31年将会有两个大的干旱灾害年发生 ,可提前做好抗旱准备 ,减少灾害对农林业生产所造成的损失。
Forty seven-year precipitation materials were analyzed and the Grey Topo Forecasting theory and method was applied in Huixian city, so the forecasting model had been established. The precipitation of the years 2000-2031 was forecasting. it could be concluded that there were two drought and disaster years in 2011-2012 and 2030-2031. The preparative work should be done ahead of schedule, so the loss on agriculture and forest manufacture was going to be reduced.
