摘要 b3+离子能级结构简单 ,只有2 F5/2 和2 F7/2 两个能级 ,可发射 1.0 5 μm的激光。光 光转化效率高 ,不会产生激发态吸收和交叉弛豫 ,在 94 0nm有较强吸收 ,适宜InGaAs激光二极管泵浦。选择合适的基质 ,可产生自倍频可见激光。 Within the class of LD pumped solid state lasers Yb 3+ doped crystals represent favorable candidates for emitting 1.05μm laser.Due to single structure of the 2F 5/2  2F 7/2 transition of Yb 3+ ions,Yb 3+ doped laser crystals have high effect without absorption of excitation state,upconversion and cross relaxation.It is a self frequency double laser in some hosts.
